The Villa Sumartin 2 luxury villa to rent on Brac Island, Croatia is situated just a five minute drive from the nearest fishing village of Sumartin, where you will find a bakery, supermarket, three restaurants and a number of cafes/bars. The larger village of Selca is also five minutes away, also with small shops, cafes and restaurants. The holiday villa rental on Brac is right on the edge of the Adriatic sea, in a quiet bay with just 8 villas, with views to Hvar island. We offer two other luxury villas in the same bay, including Villa Sumartin which is next door to Villa Sumartin 2, so the two villas can be rented together for groups of up to 20 – 22 people. The other villa is beautiful Villa Bliss, also close by, so the three villas could be ideal for even larger groups of family and friends.
Fully refurbished, in a rustic chic style, the accommodation comprises four bedrooms with king-sized beds and four bathrooms. The owners have sourced many artefacts from around the world, creating a unique holiday home with a charming rustic-chic decor. With direct sea access, there is a swimming platform and fresh water outdoor shower area. Being right on the Adriatic Sea, the luxury villa to rent on Brac lends itself to many activities such as boats with skippers, yoga, hiking, massages, paddle boards, bikes and kayaks, which can all be arranged by the villa staff. There is also a new swimming pool (5 x 6m, with a shallow end for small children) on the terrace directly overlooking the sea.
A half hour car ferry ride away will take you to the town of Makarska, where you will find wonderful architecture as well as fine restaurants. Upon arrival at Split airport, we recommend you hire a car and drive to the ferry terminal in Split town, this is an easy trip and well sign posted. From Split it is a 40 minute modern car ferry ride to Brac Island, and once on the island it is approximately a 30 minute drive to the villa.

Situated just a 5 minute drive from the villages of Sumartin and Selca, the villa is situated in a quiet bay overlooking the Adriatic Sea. With direct sea access and a swimming pool, many other activities can be arranged including boats with skippers, paddle boards and kayaks.
