The Pego Beach luxury villa to rent in Comporta sits in an enviable location just 400m (5 minutes walk) from the beach, one of the best beaches in Portugal, known for its clear waters and white sand. The charming rental villa is a wonderful combination of unique, simple architectural design and luxury accommodation. The use of concrete, large glass windows and wooden decking blend perfectly, and there are breathtaking views from the house, its pool, terraces and garden.
With outdoor space of 1100m2, the landscaping of the Comporta rental property has been designed to merge with its natural surroundings, including the native pine trees, and sand dunes. On top of the house is a sunny furnished terrace with a stunning private pool (10 x 3m). The terrace (150m2) is ideal for relaxing and sunbathing, and the pool can be heated (pool heating included from May – September). The property also has an interior courtyard (48m2) for relaxing outdoors, shaded by a cork oak tree, and featuring a sunburst tile panel by Portuguese artist, Querubim Lapa. A west-facing pine wood front deck (115m2) is perfect for watching the sunset, and relaxing to the sound of the ocean.
The interiors of the luxury villa rental are no less impressive. The living room (61m2) features an iconic suspended gyrofocus fireplace, and two sofas, one facing the interior courtyard and the view on the front deck, and the other facing the TV area with flat screen TV with cable set-top box (100 channels), and media centre. The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens appliances. There are three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Further amenities include heated floors throughout, Wi-Fi, vintage radio with iPod dock and fans in the living room and all three bedrooms. The property is alarmed.

Pool heating is included in price from May to September. It is available at extra cost of €250 in April and October. No pool heating is available between November and March.
